New SHI Team

Register your team in order to create an online SHI.
If your team has participated before, go to Your School's SHI.

Note: The email addresses associated with the team are used only for correspondence directly related to the SHI team and changes to the team membership. These email addresses will not be used in any other way and will only be viewable by other members of the team.

Register Your New SHI Team
(6-50 characters. Team names are not case-sensitive.)

Look up District ID  
Look up School ID  
Add
Delete

SHI will create a reference number for your team. This number will be displayed at the top right corner of
the screen. It will also be emailed to all of the addresses listed above. You may add more than one email
address per person (e.g. work and home email addresses). To access your team's SHI assessment in the
future, enter the reference number on the Log In screen or click the link provided in the email confirmation
message.
