The Water Fluoridation Reporting System (WFRS) is a data management tool for state water fluoridation program officials.
Only registered state officials have access to this application. WFRS collects and reports on fluoride levels in public water systems for use by state programs,
and serves as the basis for national reports and analysis.

- Uppercase letters.
- Lowercase letters.
- Numbers.
- Punctuation symbols. Punctuation symbols allowed are @, #, $, |, {, }, ^
- Passwords may not contain your User ID or any part of your name.
