With the right access level, you can add a user to WFRS and determine the level of access that the user will have.
Click the User
Accounts link on the navigation menu. The system displays the User
Accounts page.
Click the Add
User for State of [state name] link at the top right side of the
users list table. The system displays the Add New User page.
Complete the fields on the page as described in the table below.

Last Name |
Enter the last name of the new user. |
First Name |
Enter the first name of the new user.

User ID |
Enter a user ID to assign to the new user. This is the user ID that the new user will use in accessing the system. |

Enter the first three numbers of the new user's telephone number in the first text box; enter the second three numbers in the second text box; and enter the last four digits in the third text box. If applicable, enter the user's extension number in the ext text box. |
Owner and Region Details |

This display-only field identifies the owner associated with the new user account. |
Default Region |
Select the default region to which the user is assigned. The user will see information only for the assigned region. To assign a user to all regions, select All Regions from the drop down list. |
Access |
Select the access level for the new user.

Click Save.
The system saves the information for the new user, updates the number
of users for the state, and displays a confirmation message. The system
then sends emails containing the user ID and password to the new user.
