The Water Fluoridation Reporting System (WFRS) is a data management tool for state water fluoridation program officials. Only registered state officials have access to this application. WFRS collects and reports on fluoride levels in public water systems for use by state programs, and serves as the basis for national reports and analysis.

•   Passwords expire after 60 days with 14-day advance warning.
•   Passwords may be changed by users only once in any 6-day period.
•   For security reasons, a period of inactivity requires that you log in again.
•   After 5 unsuccessful attempts to log in, your account will be temporarily locked for 15 minutes.
•   Tips for creating and maintaining Passwords:
  •   Passwords are case sensitive.
  •   Passwords must contain at least 8 characters.
  •   Passwords must be created using 3 of the following criteria:
    •   Uppercase letters.
    •   Lowercase letters.
    •   Numbers.
    •   Punctuation symbols. Punctuation symbols allowed are @, #, $, |, {, }, ^
  •   Passwords may not contain your User ID or any part of your name.
