Providing your Email address allows you to retrieve your login or reset your password later if you forget it and allows ARDI administrators to contact you about changes to the system.

Tips for creating passwords
  • Passwords are case sensitive.
  • Passwords must contain at least 8 characters.
  • Passwords must be created using 3 of the following criteria:
    • Uppercase letters
    • Lowercase letters
    • Numbers
    • Punctuation symbols. Punctuation symbols allowed are @, #, $, |, {, }, and ^
  • Passwords may not contain your Login or any part of your full name.
  • Do not reuse old passwords.
