Killer
Script:
Open on a series of what look like crime scene photos as viewed from the photographer's perspective, but we're focusing on close-ups details of the bodies (as opposed to the scenes around them). We see blood, quick shots of what might be wounds, even some body tissue. They're all tobacco-related autopsy shots, but they look serial killer grizzly. Each quick moment is accentuated by the flash from the camera.
ANNCR VO: It's hard to believe, but it's true. Despite the warnings, millions of Americans invite killers into their lives every day.
More gross shots, coupled with a few quick shots of distraught family members.
ANNCR VO: Sometimes they're even thought of as close friends.
Slow zoom on a guy in a dark room smoking a cigarette. He's almost just an outline, smoke swirling around him, the red glow of the cigarette held in his hand. The effect is scary and off-putting, not stylishly cool.
ANNCR VO: But what kind of friend does this?
Another gross shot or two.
ANNCR VO: If you smoke or use tobacco, you're inviting in the nation's number one killer.
A couple more autopsy shots.
V.O.: Will you be next?
SUPER: TOBACCO KILLS.
