The camera opens on three friends walking down the hall at school and asking each other if they have tried flavors of something. The camera comes behind them and we see they are scrolling through Instagram and looking at pictures of what seems to be candy.
BOY 1: Have you guys tried the brainfreeze?
BOY 2: Nah brainfreeze sounds disgusting, it sounds gross
BOY 1: How about sour gummy worms?
BOY 2: Oooh I love it! It's so good you guys have to try it
BOY 1: What about dragon's blood?
GIRL 1: Ughhhh....
BOY 2: I bet it's gonna be like a cherry.
ANNCR VO: You just missed the tobacco industry's latest scam.
VISUAL: The camera rewinds itself in a glitchy way, and it goes back to when the kids are scrolling through Instagram. We now see that the "candy" is e-cig vape liquid.
ANNCR VO: Because you were supposed to.
SUPER: Kids successfully buy e-cig products online more than 94% of the time
VISUAL: The three kids are now outside walking away from the school. Boy 1 takes a hit of the vape and you can see the smoke cloud trailing behind them
BOY 1: Do you want some?
GIRL 1: Sure.
