Overview

After conducting a search, the system displays the results based on your search criteria, which are displayed at the top of the results page. You can sort the results list by the following columns: Title, Project Identifier, or Host Institution.

Viewing research project detail

To view the details of a research project, click on the title of the project. The system displays the project details.

Paging on the Search Results Page

The system displays the number of research projects found in the upper right corner at the top of the results list. If more than 20 research projects are found, the system displays the number of results in the current list and the total number of results. For example, 1- 20 of 66 means that a total of 66 research projects are available and you are viewing the first 20. To change the number of results displayed on one page, click the arrow next to the number displayed, select the desired number, and click Go. Click Next to navigate to the next page and Previous to navigate to the previous page.

Exporting Search Results

You can export all or selected research project details to Microsoft Word. When you export research projects, the system creates a Word document of the selected projects.

To export research projects:

1. Under the Export column, select the check box on the same row as the desired research project title.
2. Click Export.

   Note: If you select more than one project title, the system exports the details for all the selected projects into one Word document. You can also export from a project description page.
