Welcome to the State and Community Health Media Center (Media Center). The Media Center is a collection of free or low cost, audience-tested advertising and support materials available in English and other languages. These materials, including photos, support programs focused on chronic disease prevention and other topics. State and local health departments, nonprofit organizations, and federal agencies produced these materials.

Photo orders are available for immediate download. Advertisement and support materials may take up to 10 business days or more for processing.

There is a small fee to add your organization’s logo, name, or website to advertisements and materials. Some advertisements or materials may require talent, use, or other fees before using.

Advertisements from non-Federal organizations are provided solely as a service to our users. Inclusion of these advertisements should not be construed to imply that the CDC or the Federal Government necessarily endorses any advertisement or any particular organization, and none should be inferred. The CDC is not responsible for the content of advertisements provided by outside agencies or organizations.
