Rates of all-cause mortality by kidney function from the Veterans Health Administration are presented, as well as the two self-reported outcomes of sleep problems and physical disabilities from CDC’s National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES). Additional health and patient-reported outcomes will be included in subsequent Kidney Disease Surveillance System updates.
