Introduction | Access Levels | About WFRS Help
The Water Fluoridation Reporting System (WFRS) has been developed to provide tools to assist states in managing fluoridation programs.
WFRS is designed to track all community water systems, i.e.
Fluoridated water systems
Water systems that add fluoride
Water systems that are naturally fluoridated
Water systems that are not fluoridated
The main features/sections in WFRS are:
Enter monthly fluoride data for monitoring the water quality and fluoridation levels
Generate WFRS monitoring, operational, and diagnostics reports
WFRS users may be associated with a state, territory, or tribe. Users are assigned different levels of access to data in the system. You can be assigned one of the following access levels:
Read/write access
Read only access
You cannot change your access rights, but you can request that CDC change them for you.
Note: The pop-up blocker feature must be turned off (disabled) in order for Reports to display properly. For more information on pop-up blockers, go to Turning off Pop-up Blockers.
The WFRS Help provides information and instructions for each section/page in WFRS. The Help provides an overview of the system that includes access information, navigation, and general instructions for entering information. When you click the Help link from a specific location, the Help page for that section is displayed.
