Downloading Report Data

After you display a report, you can print the report or download the report data set to a comma separated values (.csv) file that can be saved in a spreadsheet application.

To... Do this...

Download
  1. Click Download Data. The File Download window is displayed.
  2. Click Save. The Save As window is displayed.
  3. Select the storage location, then click Save. The file is downloaded as a comma-separated values (.csv) file. The Download Complete window is displayed.
  4. Click Close to close the Download Complete window or Open to open the downloaded file.

    Note: For best viewing, use a spreadsheet application to open the file.
